Site information is general
What's on this site describes our services in general terms. It isn't advice for your machine, your line or your safety system. Every machine is different, so don't make changes to equipment based on this site alone. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it's complete or error-free.
The signed quote or contract controls the work
Any work we do is covered by a written quote or contract that both sides sign. That document sets the scope, price, schedule, ownership of code and files, confidentiality and responsibilities. If anything on this site differs from what the signed quote or contract says, the signed document wins. Sending the quote form doesn't create a contract or commit either side to anything.
Who owns what
The site's text, logo and design belong to Spartan Mechatronics LLC. Photos from other people are credited on the home page and used under their licenses.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Spartan Mechatronics LLC isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit anything agreed in a signed quote or contract.
