This site collects very little. Here is all of it, what happens to it, and how to get it back or deleted.

What the quote form collects
Only what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you add it (it's optional)
- Your message about the job
Along with the form, the page sends its own address and title so we know which page the request came from.
Where it goes and why
When you press Send, the form goes to HubSpot, the service we use to keep track of quote requests and email. We use it only to reply to your request, send the quote and handle any work that follows. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else for their own use.
Fonts from Google
The lettering on this site loads from Google Fonts. To send the fonts, Google's servers receive your IP address and basic browser details, the same as for any file your browser asks for. Google's own privacy policy covers what they do with it.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad or tracking scripts. Like any web host, the service that serves these pages (GitHub Pages) may keep short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages asked for, to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote request and the emails that follow while we're talking about the job and while any work from it is under way. After that we keep it for up to three years after our last contact, for records and follow-up questions, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your copy, your changes, deletion
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and say which one you want. We'll reply within 30 days. If we have to keep anything for legal or tax reasons, we'll tell you what and why.
Data deletion request: email info@spartanmechatronics.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address you used on the form.
Changes to this page
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
